Monica Ubungen

Monica is Haven’s Holistic Esthetician and primary Reiki Healer, blending skincare, energy healing, and naturopathic wisdom to create a truly integrative approach to well-being. Certified as a Reiki and Naturopathic Practitioner, she is deeply committed to ongoing education, continuously expanding her knowledge through workshops, master classes, and conferences. Her goal is to provide a well-rounded, intuitive, and deeply healing experience for every client.

Beyond esthetics and healing, Monica has over 12 years of experience in corporate operations, holds a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship, and has a strong foundation in community leadership. She has been deeply involved in community service from a young age, dedicating her time to causes such as poverty alleviation, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, and building community. As a former youth group leader, she fostered safe and inclusive spaces for personal growth and empowerment.

Myron Ubungen

Myron is Haven’s Holistic Health Practitioner, dedicated to guiding others on their wellness journey through an integrative, inside-out approach. With over 15 years of expertise in functional medicine, he specializes in autoimmune conditions, dermatological health, gut healing, weight management, and immune system support. His passion for holistic healing has led him to deepen his studies in Naturopathy and Reiki, continuously expanding his knowledge through master classes, workshops, and advanced training.

At Haven, Myron works closely with his patients to help them achieve their health goals, always considering their unique needs and circumstances. He understands that wellness should be accessible to all and is committed to working with different financial situations to create realistic, sustainable paths toward optimal health. He collaborates with Monica to refine Haven’s holistic protocols, blending natural healing with complementary medical approaches.

As both co-founders and co-owners, Monica and Myron built Haven with a shared vision: to create a space where wellness, care, and community come first. Their partnership—rooted in trust, balance, and a deep commitment to service—shapes everything Haven stands for.

Outside of Haven, they cherish spending time together as a family with their three children. Whether they’re exploring new restaurants, enjoying sunlit moments by the water with a good book, discovering artisan coffee spots, or taking peaceful scenic drives, they embrace the simple experiences that keep them grounded and inspired. They also savor slow, meaningful moments—unhurried mornings at the park, weekend adventures that spark curiosity, and little experiences designed to become memories their children will carry with them as they grow. In both their family life and their work, Monica and Myron embody the same principles of presence, connection, and care that define Haven.

Remy (he/him) is an aspiring Reiki Healer and business guy. He assists with creation of Haven’s Essentials, particularly with stickers and energy sprays. At every Haven event, he enjoys meeting new people and seeing his creations bring joy to others. Oh, very important, his favorite animals are pigs!

Marina

Marina’s (she/her) warmth and hospitality that everyone witnesses at every Haven event comes from years of career experience in early childhood development and education. She ensures Haven’s events and pop-ups run seamlessly, managing both front and back-end operations.
