Our policies are in place to honor our time, energy, and the experience of every guest who enters Haven. We appreciate your understanding and respect.

Booking, Payments & Deposits
A deposit is required at the time of booking and is collected through Vagaro. Deposits are applied toward your service total. All refunds and credits are subject to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlined below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Part of the healing journey is being grace-filled with one another. We understand that life happens.
• 72+ hours’ notice: Cancellations are refunded to the original form of payment.
• 48 hours’ notice: Appointments may be rescheduled, and the deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
• 24 hours’ notice: Deposits are forfeited.

• No-shows:
First no-show will forfeit the full deposit.
Repeated no-shows without communication may result in booking restrictions and invoicing for missed services.

Late Arrival Policy
Please be mindful of your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, call or text as soon as possible.

Sessions will still conclude at the originally scheduled time.Extensions may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion if time allows.This policy ensures fairness and respect for all clients, including those scheduled after you.

Children’s Services
We are happy to offer select services for children, including Reiki, children’s facials, and children’s massage, with the following guidelines:

Children under 12: A caregiver must remain in the treatment room for the duration of the session.

Ages 12–17: A caregiver must remain on-site during the appointment.Written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required prior to service.

Extra Guests in the Treatment Room
For comfort, safety, and energetic boundaries, only the guest receiving the service is permitted in the treatment room. Exceptions may be made for caregivers or anxiety-related support with prior notice.

Health Disclosure & Contraindications
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information, including but not limited to medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, injuries, or medications. Services may be modified or declined to ensure safety and well-being.

Scope of Practice
Services provided at Haven Wellness Spa are intended to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. They are not a substitute for medical care, and practitioners do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions.

Consent & Client Comfort
Your comfort is our priority. Consent is required for all services. Clients may request adjustments or discontinue a session at any time.

Right to Refuse Service
Haven Wellness Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client for safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or boundary violations.
